Shipping time for basic shipping, we ship most orders within 24 hours M-F and on most Saturdays. Mailing takes 3-4 days to arrive in California and around one week to arrive at East coast locations. If needed sooner Priority mail arrives in 2-3 workdays within the USPS system.
United Kingdom, until a solution is found, we stopped accepting orders that we ship to the country. The Cost on use as the seller because of new taxation recording and reporting requirements if we ship to the UK far exceed the value of the orders.
Canada our primary shipping method is First class package mailing. With the following options, Free shipping on orders over $125.00, Basic Shipping charge is a flat $16.95. While we are located in Seattle near Canada our shipments first go to Los Angeles California before been shipped to Canada.
Orders for shipments outside North America we offer flat rates to many countries using the international postal system. If a rate is not available for your country email us we will try to offer a flat rate. If you require express shipping our preferred carrier is UPS also available are DHL & FedEX collect only please contact us before placing the order. Please note that any shipping charge that was automatically is subject to our review and acceptance. Orders going to US locations shipping time is usually 2-3 work days to Canada typical shipping time is around one week please allow up to two weeks as orders need to clear Canadian customs which can cause delays. If you selected UPS shipping and the we can offer a faster delivery service for the amount paid we upgrade to the faster service. Typical UPS shipping times are Seattle to East Coast are one week, five working days M-F so Priority mail is always faster.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full of refund for the amount of: Product price paid. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
