Axis alignment tool for checking alignment of drilling of rimless mounted lens. Precision Tool Steel mount WECO style blocks or Smart Drill adapters. See instructions for more details.
Note: Our suggestion to test alignment 1) block a pair of Plano Lens on vertical center, 2) mount the lens in Smart Drill lens table 3) Drill holes on vertical center 4) check alignment using the axis bar if OK proceed to step 6 if not go to step next step 5) Realign the lens arms on the Smart Drill 6) process the lens through your edger if again check axis if off the alignment problem is in the edger.
