Blades do not even fit the handle
None of the blades, flat or phillips will fit into the handle, they are too large, only the hex will fit in. I don't understand why they are being sold together. Store comment every hand has been check prior to shipment the fit is tight. In shipment the end of the handle can get pushed inward, gently push a blade and it will reopen. Also we offered to accept a return and refund but they keep the tool.
