- The nose pad mounts to the frame by being pushed onto a post. See picture of a Black frame, it shows the mount without a nose pad and a nose pad mounted. Once the nose pad has been mounted it will move to fit the person's nose.
- This style of nose pad is used on many modern Ray-Ban frames. Older Ray-Bans tend to use a crimp-on style nose pad mount.
